Lastly, Dr. Lee provides clinical supervision to licensed social workers, organizations, and community groups fighting social injustice.

Dr. Lee has a flair for helping people effect positive change. Her offices are comfortable, safe spaces to discuss difficult things and make tough decisions. The road to emotional wellness can be painful and challenging, so she tries to encourage and be supportive during change. Dr. Lee believes that hurt, pain, and anger do not define people; they open emotional pathways to inform people of their needs and time for change. Depression and anxiety are usually indications of the depth of personal disruption, so when it’s appropriate, she offers advice to validate feelings, encourage healing, and dismantle irrational thinking.
